The purpose of this course is to help provide secretaries with English that will be helpful for their job.

Participants will: -Gain confidence using English. -Learn and use numerous useful expressions related to using the telephone and writing emails. -Be able to introduce themselves, their company and others in English.

This course is designed around the idea that secretaries need to use English both on the phone and for emails. The participants will learn practical vocabulary and expressions related to these two topics. Additionally, participants will practice introducing themselves and others in business related situations and work on using reported speech, which they will use delivering their boss’s message. Using workbook exercises and simulated situations the participants will be able to improve both their confidence and ability.
